What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We have access to your user profile however your personal details are
encrypted using a 128 SSL encryption method. Your personal information
will NOT be shared or sold to any third party organization.

2: Saving your client records.
This
allows you to save your clients records and past results allowing you to
easily track and monitor your clients results over a period of time.
Your clients details are fully encrypted on our 128 SSL encrypted server and we do not have access to these details.

Data retention period
Your data is kept for a period of ten years from the most recent customer contact.
Transfer of data outside the EU
Some personal data may be transferred outside the EU to the following

be communicated or sold to a third party, it will remain strictly
confidential and limited to use in the context of the activity of our

Right of access, opposition and withdrawal
